Presently, the Morning Glory Mansion is located on 172 Mason-Dixon Highway, on the
corner of Dafanzo Hill Road and Rt 7 W, Morgantown, WV ( between Osage and Cassville,
WV). Though in square footage it is not a mansion, we are speaking things that be not
as though they were and believing God to direct us to resources that will make this dream
a reality.
At present, it is a gathering place for youth and family to build dreams while providing
grants for piano lessons, arts, sports, science, ministry, and counseling to assist in
developing positive behavior, deterring crime and improving the quality of life in the
Scotts Run community.
Renovation began in October of 2003. The upper level is 98 % complete and houses the
Great Hall, Youth Resource Center, Morning Glory Art Gallery, Administrative Office
and Kitchenette. It is the dream of the founders that someday this area will be used as a
Ballroom for Debutantes and other formal occasions.
The Morning Glory Art Gallery
In memory of her brother William David "Bo" Dilworth and under the direction of the
Holy Spirit, a series of pencil and ink drawings of the Morning Glory Flower accenting the
Cross, the Eagle, Holy Bible, Dove, Praying Hands and Crown have been created by Pastor
Sylvia Medley and has become the signature of Morning Glory Ministries and are
displayed in the Art Gallery.
These drawings signify that the glory of God's presence can still flourish and blossom,
while growing, climbing and moving in the lives of young people, even in times like these.

The Great Hall
Board meetings, training sessions, and family gatherings are currently being held in the
Great Hall. The Carousel of Commemoration is located in this area.
The Dream Builder Resource Center
The Resource Room houses the Dream Builder musical instruments until they can be
shared with youth and their families. Piano lessons are held there and inspirational books
and tapes to encourage young people.
The Administrative Office Center
The Administrative Office Center has been established to maintain computerized records
and will track the activities of the organization. The office is used to develop, distribute
and process applications for Dream Builder Awards.
Lower Level
The lower level is currently under construction. It is the future home of the Sound and
Video Studios and the Morning Glory Little Theater.
(The Morning Glory Mansion is handicap accessible - a handicap ramp has been constructed at the rear
entrance)
